Minutes of Twenty-seventh Monthly Meeting

The 27th Monthly Meeting.

The 27th Monthly Meeting of our Association was held on 9th October, 2024 in the Senior Citizen welfare Association Bhavan at 5.00 PM.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

Minutes of 27th Meeting held on 9th November, 2024.

The 27th monthly meeting of senior citizen welfare association was held on 9th November, 2024 in the Senior Citizen Welfare Association Bhavan office at 5:00 PM.

The following agenda was discussed and resolutions were passed in the meeting.

1. The President congratulated all the members for making the Medical-camp held on 15th October 2024 and Wellness-camp held on 27th October 2024 programs grand success.

2. The new Senior Citizens members were invited into the group by the executive body and all association members. The new members introduced themselves to the association members. all the members invited and congratulated new members for joining the association.

3. All the senior citizens greeted happy birthday to the members who were born in the month of October.
The list of members having birthday in November are listed below;
i. T. Venkulu garu 77th birthday, Date of birth is 8/11/1947
ii. R. Narender Kumae garu 68th birthday, Date of birth is 8/11/1956
iii. Chalapathi Rao garu 75th birthday, Date of birth is 8/11/1949
iv. R.M. Srikanthan garu 83rd birthday, Date of birth is 17/11/1941
v. Ramanamini Srinivas Rao garu 76th birthday 19/11/1948
vi. G. Bandappa garu 66th birthday, Date of birth is 30/11/1958

4. The president thanked all the donors for the contribution towards almirahs, tables and benches. He also thanked the donors and jolly group friends for contribution in the construction of wash-rooms.

5. The assembly of members of association agreed to enhance the Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC)from Rs500.00 to Rs1000.00.

6. V. Narasimha Rao Garu explained about the construction of the building, the remaining works to be done and requested the membrs to offer their suggestions in coming-up works.

7. It was decided to organize "Get-together for Kaarteeka VanaBhojanalu" on 27th of this month November, 2024 in the premises of Senior Citizen Bhavan only, so that all can see the recent developments took place in Senior citizen bhavan and enjoy the facilities.
Each participant has to pay Rs400.00 and couples Rs800.00 on or before 19th November,2024.
Amount can be paid to either to K. Pandurangaiah(Cash) or Dr. Jayanth Kumar(Online)

8. Draw for the Chit (Series-1) was held in the meeting. Out of 6 remaining members Dr. C. Manik Prabhu garu won the chit of this month November,2024.
Draw for the Chit (Series-2) was held in the meeting. Out of 8 remaining members K. Kistaiah garu won the chit of this month November,2024.

9. Under the programme 'Doctor gari Salahalu' Dr C. M. Prabhu adviced about the food to be consumed at an age 60 and above and precautions to be taken at this age.

10. Monthly medical camp will be held on 16th November from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM in the senior citizen bhavan.

11. The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by K. Pandurangaiah garu.
